बहुत ही जाने माने एक standup commedian है कुणाल कामरा मैंने  इनके वीडियो काफी सरकार के नीतियों से हटके सोच हैं इनकी। ये हमेशा नरेंद्र मोदी जी को ट्रोल करते रहते हैं सायद से इनको पैसे दिए जाते हैं ऐसा करने के लिए या फिर इनकी निजी सोच हैं। 

कल से काफी ट्रेंडिंग न्यूज़ हैं की कुणाल कामरा को इंडिगो एयरलाइन्स ने ६ महीने के लिए बैन कर दिया हैं। जिसके कारण बहुत से ऐसे पोलिटिकल लीड्स कुणाल कामरा का बचाव करने के लिए खड़े हुए हैं। जैसे के हमारे शशि थरूर जी जो की अपने नॉलेज को बर्बाद कर रहे है लोगो को गलत सलाह देने के लिए। इन्होने ट्वीट करके कामरा का बचाव किया। क्यों एयरलाइन्स ने कुणाल कामरा को बैन किया क्योंकि उन्होंने रिपब्लिक टीवी के एंकर अर्नब गोस्वामी के साथ अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया उन्होंने उनसे कुछ सवाल पूंछे जिसका जबाब अर्नब नहीं देना चाहते हैं। 

क्या कोई भी एयरलाइन्स किसी  भी व्यक्ति को बैन कर सकता हैं अपने एयरलाइन्स से  ?

नो फ्लाई लिस्ट  सरकार कुछ नियम और क़ानून हैं जिसके हिसाब से आप का नाम अगर इस लिस्ट में आ जाता हैं तो आप उड़ान नहीं भर सकते। 

नो फ्लाई लिस्ट का उद्देश्य क्या हैं ?

नो फ्लाई लिस्ट का प्राथमिक उद्देश्य ये हैं की को भी पैसेंजर अगर एयरलाइन्स के क्रू मेंबर या फिर किसी भी पैसेंजर के सात किसी भी प्रकार का अभद्र व्यहार करता हैं या कोई टिप्पड़ी करता हैं तो उस पैसेंजर को इस लिस्ट में शामिल कर लिया जाता हैं। इस लिस्ट को मेन्टेन करता हैं सरकार का देपार्टमें जिसे कहा जाता हैं DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) ये आता हैं सिविल एविएशन के आधीन जिसके मंत्री हैं अभी हरदीप सिंह पूरी। इन्होने एक ट्वीट करके ये कहा हैं की और एयरलाइन्स को भी ऐसे व्यक्ति को बैन करना चाहिए।

कौन से एक्शन ले सकता हैं नो फ्लाइंग लिस्ट के अंदर ?

हर एक ओफ्फेंसेस को लेवल वाइज करके अलग कर दिया गया हैं।

Level 1 

offences and are punishable with ban of up to 3 months. Physically abusive behaviour, including inappropriate touching,

 Level 2

 offences punishable by ban of up to 6 months. Any action that threatens the life of a passenger or attempts to damage to aircraft systems constitutes. 

Level 3 

offence and is punishable with a mandatory minimum ban of at least 2 years.

The Ministry has not clarified whether a Level 3 offence can result in a life ban.

The procedure to place a passenger on the list

 must be initiated by the pilot in command of the flight who makes a report to the airline. The airline must form an internal committee to study the case and decide on punishment. The committee must be headed by a retired District or Sessions judge, and the remaining members come from various scheduled airline and passenger associations, consumer associations and retired officials of the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum. The committee must make its decision within 30 days. During the 30 day period, the passenger is prohibited from boarding flights operated by the airline that filed the report. If the committee does not make a decision within 30 days, the case against the passenger is automatically dropped.

रूल्स के हिसाब से कुणाल कामरा ने verval behaviour के वजह से उनको 3 महीने के लिए बैन करना चाहिए वो भी रिपोर्ट आने के बाद और इस केस में कोई भी और एयरलाइन्स बैन नहीं कर सकता ऐसा कोई गिडलिनेस नहीं हैं जब तक खुद एयरलाइन्स कंपनी न चाहे। आप के हिसाब से क्या लगता हैं। comment करके बताये
